What happened
Knowing the provocative nature of the GTA series, and the drug-related storylines it includes, this is presumably entirely intentional. Naturally, though, Rockstar says nothing about it on its website , nor does it make any harmless jokes about them being used in this manner, either - though the mirror does apparently allow you to "Reflect on your life choices".
Why it matters
This is a pretty funny gag to include within a collector's package for an adult game based in Florida / Miami.
